The Vision
The world's greatest chefs carry knowledge that no textbook captures: how flavors interact, which technique transforms which ingredient, why a recipe works at altitude but not at sea level. This knowledge lives in heads and hands. When a chef retires, it often disappears.
We're building a large language model specialized in culinary intelligence — trained on Michelin menu architectures, chef philosophies, modern techniques, and traditional recipes from every region of Italy. Not a recipe chatbot. A system that reasons about food the way a great chef does.
